For patients who've done everything right

You did everything you were supposed to do. It didn't work.

Different prescriptions, different therapists, the same plateau. We hear versions of this story every week. Here's what tends to come up.

  • Years on medication and you still don't feel like yourself
  • Talk therapy that goes in circles instead of moving anywhere
  • Side effects that are starting to cost more than the diagnosis ever did
  • The growing sense that being on this forever isn't really living
  • A nagging suspicion that nobody has actually looked at the whole picture

Because I'm done accepting this is just how it is.

What's possible

Steady mornings. Real presence. A plan that actually fits you.

When your therapist and psychiatrist work together, things can move faster than people expect. Many patients describe finally feeling like themselves again.

  • Wake up with more clarity and less heaviness
  • Feel present with the people you care about
  • Move toward needing less medication, not more

Because I believe I can feel like myself again.

How it works

Start with the quiz. Here's what follows.

When the plan is right, patients describe it as feeling like themselves again.

  1. Take the short quiz

Five quick questions so we understand what you're looking for, what you've tried and what matters most. About 60 seconds.

  2. We reach out within one business day

Our care team reaches out to answer questions and walk you through next steps. You decide if it's the right fit.

  3. A first appointment that covers the whole picture

For the first time, someone has time for your whole story. Full history, everything you've tried, where you want to go. You leave with a written plan.

Because I want a real plan, not another guess.

98%

of patients are off all prescribed medications within 18 months.

Tapering is supervised and never rushed.

Why patients choose Hope

For the patients conventional psychiatry keeps failing.

Time with a provider who's actually present. A team that shares one plan. Less medication over time. Outcomes you can see.

  • A provider who has time for you

90-minute initial intakes and 60-minute follow-ups, instead of the 15-minute med checks that have become the industry default.

  • An integrated team, not silos

Therapists, psychiatrists and supporting clinicians share notes and plan your care together. You don't have to do it.

  • Less medication, not more

98% of patients get off all psychotropic medications within 18 months.

  • Measurable outcomes

We measure your improvement consistently. 2 in 3 patients see severe depression drop to mild within 4 months.

  • Whole-person care

Therapy, meds, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle as one plan. Not a referral chain that goes nowhere.

Because I deserve care that works.

HOPE has changed my life. I had a doctor for 14 years who I should have left years ago. I have been in a very bad psychiatric place for those 14 years. My cousin found this place for me on-line and told me to give it a try. I was taking an enormous amount of medications and was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bipolar 1&2 and anything else you can think of. My first visit at HOPE was with Marat and I cried my eyes out because I was so upset. When I walked out I already felt like a different person. He listened to everything I said and set up a plan for us to work on. I am 4 weeks into the plan and am doing really good. He has turned my world around.

WHAT A GAME CHANGER. I've been struggling off and on with C-PTSD, depression and anxiety most of my life, and I've pretty much left no therapeutic stone unturned in 50+ years of therapy. Dr. Broukhim and the warm caring staff at HOPE Integrative have enabled me to heal in ways some practitioners believed wasn't possible for PTSD. I feel safe, seen, heard, and respected. I'm happier, more stable and feel more secure than I've ever been.

Hope Integrative Psychiatry is the kind of place that you wish you discovered before you spent all that time and money on conventional therapy that really doesn't create true, long lasting results. They work with different modalities that can impact mental health: diet, lifestyle, community, purpose. I already sent 3 family members to Hope.

Dr. Broukhim is attentive and very caring and his solution-based approach is very refreshing. I really appreciate that he didn't immediately turn to pharmaceuticals to treat my illness. They have an entire mind and body approach that is an important focus in this phase of my life.

Dr. Broukhim has been a life saver to me. There are options for medicinal therapies but also finding holistic and integrative routes to work with your own mechanisms like CBT and integrative health.

A Patient's Journey

Twenty years on medication. Medication-free in twelve months.

20+ years in treatment

20 years. A new provider every few years. The same ceiling.

At 45, she had tried everything: multiple medications, shifting diagnoses, different therapists. Each time, some initial hope. Then the familiar plateau. She had started to wonder if this was just how life was going to feel.

3 months in

A major trauma hit. Her depressive symptoms spiked to their worst point.

In every prior episode of care, a setback like this would have been where things fell apart. This time, she had the therapeutic alliance, tools, and team to move through it. Not around it.

12 months later

Off all medications. A different life.

Depressive symptoms went from moderately severe to mild. Anxiety from severe to mild. Two decades of psychotropic medications, safely tapered under expert supervision. More than symptom relief: renewed clarity, stronger coping, and a sense of herself she hadn't felt in years.

Conditions we treat

Whatever you've been told, we've seen it before.

Patients come to us with a wide range of presentations. The common thread is usually the same: conventional care didn't work.

  • Treatment-resistant depression
  • Generalized anxiety and panic
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Adult ADHD
  • OCD
  • Depression
  • Medication side effects

Because I deserve more than a diagnosis and a prescription.

Two people walking together along a tree-lined path

A plan built around you, not your prescription.

The integrative model

Four pieces of care working as one plan

When patients say holistic, they often mean a stack of things tried separately by people who don't talk to each other. That's not what we do.

Psychiatry and medication management

Honest medication review. Careful tapering where appropriate. The right dose for the right reason.

Advanced therapy modalities

EMDR for trauma. Brainspotting for what talk therapy can't reach. Internal Family Systems. Therapy that does something, not just listens.

Nutrition and supplements

Nutritional support and targeted supplementation based on what your brain actually needs, not because it's trendy.

Lifestyle and root-cause work

Sleep, movement, social connection and underlying medical contributors to mental health.

Because I want a plan that goes deeper than medication.

FAQs

Patients frequently ask us

How is Hope different from any other psychiatry practice?

The intake is 90 minutes, not 15, so we actually understand what's been happening. Our therapists, psychiatrists and supporting clinicians work as one coordinated team on the same plan. The goal is fewer medications over time, not more. We have the outcomes data to back it up.

Do you really get patients off their medications?

When it's clinically appropriate and the patient wants it: yes. 98% of patients who follow the full integrative treatment plan are off all prescribed psychotropic medications within 18 months. Tapering is always slow, supervised and supported by the rest of the plan. Some patients need ongoing medication and that's the right call for them.

Why are you out-of-network?

Insurance reimburses 15-minute med checks. The kind of care that actually changes outcomes (long intakes, real follow-ups, an integrated team) doesn't fit inside that window. We work outside insurance so we can do the work. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and direct-bill several PPO and entertainment-industry plans.

What conditions do you treat?

Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, OCD and treatment-resistant or complex presentations. We do not provide acute crisis care. If you're in crisis, please call 988 or 911.

What does it cost?

The pricing reflects what 90-minute intakes, a coordinated team and tracked outcomes actually require. It doesn't fit inside an insurance reimbursement window. Psychiatric intakes range from $425 to $925 depending on provider. Therapy from $25 (sliding-scale trainee) to $485 (licensed clinician). We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and direct-bill several PPO and entertainment-industry plans.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, we offer telehealth statewide across California. Same intake length, same integrated plan, same providers. Many patients use a mix of in-person and telehealth depending on their schedule.

How fast can I get an appointment?

Someone from our team will reach out within one business day. Time to your first intake depends on the provider and your schedule. We'll give you a clear answer on that call.
